I originally attended c4 years ago for an implant / crowns on my troublesome rhs via a referral. The attention to detail, skill and workmanship was to a very high standard with everything sorted after years of issues. Now I have a further issue with my lhs after an old now broken bridge has again became loose leaving a big gap. Rather than have a new bridge made by my dentist I decided seek another implant to permanently solve the issue going forwards.

Excellent hygienist appointment with Vanessa, felt very relaxed and comfortable and left with sparkly white teeth

Wonderful team, highly professional and very personable.

Friendly reception team makes good first impression, nurses friendly and attentive during treatment and clinician who explains the treatment in enough detail to put patient at ease.

All members of the team were well presented and welcoming. The surgery was clean and bright. The dentist took time to explain procedures and answer questions. I felt comfortable that I was in good hands.

There is only one problem with Shenstone Dental Clinic and that is the location. There is no free parking nearby. Early morning appointments are preferable because it is sometimes possible to park on the road outside.

Both the hygienist and her assisting DSA were excellent. The hygienist was highly professional, extremely friendly, and genuinely personable, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The teamwork was seamless, and the DSA’s support—especially the suction technique—was top notch. I felt completely at ease throughout.

All staff are highly professional, pleasant and most helpful when answering questions or dealing with concerns. Appointment reminders are welcome and waiting time kept short. A very effective service indeed.

My experience was was great I.m always looked after very well by Andy and the staff.

It was an emergency situation with an implant screw cap falling out. I was in Birmingham and rang at about 12.30 and was given an appointment at 2pm!Due to train times, I arrived around 20 mins early and had to wait outside for about 10 mins which was not ideal but the receptionist returning from lunch let me in around 1.50
