Dr Jason C. S. Ho — Dentist with a Special Interest in Sedation, Oral Surgery & Complex Patient Care

Jason is an accomplished clinician whose career spans private dentistry, hospital oral surgery, paediatric care, and conscious sedation.  With more than a decade of experience across leading UK dental hospitals and private practices, Jason offers a dependable and reassuring referral pathway for anxious patients and those requiring treatment under intravenous sedation.

Recently finishing the Postgraduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation at King’s College London, Jason provides a high standard of patient-focused sedation care, combining safe techniques with a gentle, calm presence.

His background includes extensive experience in minor oral surgery, dentoalveolar procedures, paediatric dentistry, and Invisalign, allowing him to manage a wide range of cases with confidence and precision.

Local dentists refer to Jason not only for his technical ability, but for his commitment to patient comfort and psychological safety. He takes time to understand each patient’s anxieties, medical considerations, and treatment goals — ensuring the experience is as smooth and predictable as possible. This approach has proven especially valuable for individuals with dental phobia, complex medical histories, strong gag reflexes, or previous traumatic dental experiences.

Alongside his private work, Jason continues to serve in the Oral Surgery Department at Birmingham Dental Hospital, where he is also involved in teaching junior dentists and dental students. This dual role keeps him at the forefront of best practice, sedation safety standards, and contemporary oral surgery techniques.

Jason welcomes referrals for:

* Intravenous sedation for anxious or complex patients

* Minor oral surgery, including extractions and dentoalveolar procedures

* Aligner treatment

* Support with treatment planning or staged care for patients who struggle with conventional dentistry

With his combination of surgical training, sedation expertise, and a genuinely compassionate approach, Jason aims to give every referred patient a positive, confidence-building dental experience — delivering care that feels safe, seamless, and collaborative.
