Dr Paul Carroll answered all my questions over a rather complex issue of options to either have implant procedures for two opposing tooth gaps or to live with the gap, at least for now. His information and explanations were excellent and really helped me make the best, informed, pragmatic decision on both an aesthetic level and more importantly on a risk versus reward basis in terms of my jaw and mouth health and functionality. I am now happy to proceed with only having a new Michigan splint made and living with the gap for now, particularly as that still leaves me with other potential options in the years ahead, depending on the state or survival of my functioning 13 pairs of teeth with my imperfect but stable gums.

I was anxious this visit and voiced my concerns. They were extremely considerate and kind. Very reassuring and put me at ease. I needn't have worried. They are always so conscious of making the patient feel more relaxed so that the dental appointment experience isn't a bad one.

I needed a very difficult tooth taken out that had a screw in it and attatched to a metal plate in my jaws Jason was amazing I was so frightened but him and his lovely nurse got me through it and managed to keep me calm

I felt little discomfort even when the needles were injected to numb my jaw .i5 was agreed that my existing dental be sent away the previous day to add the tooth which was extracted today. This made my visit complete .

Everyone helped me from the moment I walked through the doors, the receptionist made me feel relaxed, once o was taken through by Megan to meet my new dentist Jason, the attention that I received was really refreshing, I was given a explanation to what was happening at that mooand a plan going forward, I felt very comfortable.
