 We hope you do decide to work with us, but…

As attractive as what we offer is, we appreciate that not everyone who visits our website may contact us. Although that’s OK, it does still bother us.

You see, we know how much our patients benefit from our service. We read their letters, talk to them on the phone, see them personally when we meet and many tell us “their teeth and dental health has never been better”. We’ve lost count of the number of times people have told us about their implant or cosmetic treatment that “their treatment has changed their lives”. See what our patients say.

Because of this, we just hate the thought of someone not getting our service because of some error or omission in our explanation. That’s why we tried to figure out why you might say “no” to our services.

After a lot of thought, these are the reasons we came up with…

1. You already have a dentist. We appreciate this and if they are offering everything we are and you are totally happy with them, we wouldn’t want to upset your arrangement. However, if you aren’t entirely happy or need a second opinion, changing dentists is easy. You just have to call us to arrange an appointment on 01543 480  or email us. You have no need to contact your current dentist.

2. You believe our fees are likely to be high for what we’re offering. Our fees are linked to the value of what we provide. We want to be the best. John Ruskin defined value as…

“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s also unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money, that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it to do.

The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. It can’t be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it’s well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough money to pay for something better.”

This is especially true for your health and your teeth. The damage that poor quality dentistry does can never be reversed. Our philospohy is to always provide the best treatment that will last as long as possible at the best possible price.

3. You are sceptical of us offering FREE assessments. Don’t be deceived by this. These assessments really are free with no obligation. They allow you to meet our team and see if you feel comfortable with us. We will discuss your concerns in general terms and explain some of the possibilities. However they are not full dental examinations.

4. You just don’t believe we can deliver on everything we’re offering. All we can say is that as dentists we have spent years training to be the best. All of our dentists are trained to Master’s level and above (the only practice in the Staffordshire area that has this level of expertise).
